What this does

Think of a good family doctor. Before ordering tests, they watch how you walk in and ask how you have been sleeping. TurnAround Coach does the same for a small business: it asks the questions a turnaround expert asks, about your numbers, your people, your process and your product, then tells you plainly what it thinks is wrong.

It was built from studying more than 120 real business turnarounds on the TV show The Profit: what Marcus Lemonis looked for, the fixes he made, the math he used, and what went right or wrong afterwards. It is not connected to the show or to Marcus Lemonis.

Getting started

1. Sign up with your first name and email.
2. Press Email me a code, then type the 6-digit code from your inbox. You only do this once per device. It keeps your saved conversations private to you.
3. Tell the coach what your business sells, roughly what your sales and profit are, and what keeps you up at night. Rough answers are fine.
4. Answer its questions one at a time. When it has enough, it gives you a diagnosis: the biggest problems, the fixes with the math, and the order to do them in.
5. Or skip the interview and just ask a question, like "How do I handle a partner who won't let go?"
